Immediate need for Licensed roofer, carpenter or Insured handyman. Replace T-111 siding of zero clearance fireplace chimney, 2002 construction, second story. All 3 sides (4 sides above the roof) and trims, two 4 x 4 siding under the windows both sides, one 8-ft facia board, and some plywood on roofs edge, one side. At the ground level 2- ft x 4-ft four places continuous (or 1 sheet) from ground splash, a couple window trims. Proposal will include clean up. You will be responsible for leaks if tile roof is not protected with scaffolding. I will provide non-fade qualify paint. Please READ and follow Instructions. I value your time. We do not always accept the lowest bid, but one with the lowest risk and reasonable quality. First come first serve. You must be reliable and be on time for your assigned Text Appointment, or the next in-line gets it. After that we are pretty easy to work with. (Our carpenter for 20 years just retired.
