Integral Flooring Systems, Inc. Woodridge, IL Field Coordinator Integral Flooring Systems (IFS) is located in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. IFS is a full-service commercial flooring company, specializing in resilient and tile installation. IFS has grown consistently since its inception, becoming a leader in the marketplace known for space design, project management, and quality flooring installation. Our breadth of work includes healthcare, retail, education and corporate segments. IFS is currently seeking a Field Coordinator for commercial flooring installation. The right candidate will have flooring experience (carpet, LVT/VCT, ceramic tile and wood/laminate knowledge), be highly motivated, have critical thinking skills, understand a sense of urgency when necessary, be able to work in a fast paced environment, solve problems, be organized with a special emphasis on attention to detail and have computer skills. Specific responsibilities include: • Work with estimators to set up jobs and manage production • Schedule and dispatch labor • Get the material ready for delivery each morning/evening • Check on the jobsites throughout the day • Ability to delegate to and hold subordinates/installers accountable for assigned tasks • Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks Required experience/skills: • Manager/Supervisor: 5+ years • Extensive knowledge of the flooring industry and installation guidelines; commercial flooring experience highly desirable • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills • Team-player • Self-motivated and solution focused • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Must have reliable transportation/Valid Drivers Licenses Competitive salary and benefits package including retirement plan, BCBS PPO, PTO/Paid Vacation.
