Lawn/Yard Maintenance & Pool Cleaning

Seeking a person to do lawn/yard maintenance and basic pool cleaning at my rental home throughout the spring, summer, and early fall (April thru October). I need the work done on a weekly basis (the weekday is negotiable) and it should take less than 1 hour in total. The pay will be $25 per week if you need me to provide a mower or $35 if you bring your own. It is easy money for someone willing to invest about an hour (or less) per week to accomplish the tasks listed below. Great work for a student looking for extra cash. Paid via Venmo, Check, or Direct Deposit. The tasks include: Lawn mowing (bring your own mower or I can provide one), Raking leaves (in the fall), Testing/Adjusting Pool Chemicals (we will teach you how to do it), Netting leaves/debris from the pool, Empty pool filter basket.
