Employment for general apartment maintenance/cleaning, yard work, and some "odd-job" carpentry/painting. Downtown Springfield. Long-term potential. 30 hours per week expected. Flexible weekday schedule. Main job responsibility is to keep multiple rental properties looking good (trash and limbs picked up, grass mowed, common areas clean). Pay is negotiable, depending on past experience and skill levels (carpentry and construction experience a plus).
