Job Description Marion Excavating Co., Inc. is looking to hire full-time construction laborers. As a construction laborer for Marion Excavating Co., Inc. you will: • Be expected to be punctual, reliable, and have an excellent work ethic. • Preferred experience in construction site work but willing to train a motivated worker. • You will preferably have the prior knowledge of construction site work grading, utility, sewer, and drainage installation. • You will be able to tolerate all outside working conditions and able to perform physical labor or other physically strenuous tasks. The construction laborer position receives competitive wages based on experience. Our construction laborers also receives generous benefits such as health insurance, a matching 401k plan, and paid time off. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm Seasonal overtime is often available working late during the week or Saturdays 7am to noon.
