We found Roman outside. He was cold and had no weight on him I wish I could keep him but have a lot of fur babir. We got him healthy and neutered. Ready for his forever home. He loves to be held. You can rap him up in a blanket like a baby. Good with other cats and dogs. I'm asking as small rehoming fee of $40 He will come with a litter box and scratch post.
