Small company needs multiple positions filled. All are "cash*" (no 1099) jobs. Drywall (labor only): Need approx 200 sheets of 4x8 installed ASAP. Prepped and ready to go. Drywall is stocked. Basement finish with 8' ceilings. About 80 sheets. 3rd floor has high and slanted ceilings but there's not too many pieces of those. Looking at a $12-15/sheet, LABOR-ONLY price. We provide all material. Looking to hire ASAP. Looking for long-term; we have enough projects to keep people busy all year and beyond. No downturns, no cutting back hours. WE HAVE THE WORK!! Ideally looking for someone with overall remodeling/renovation skills, interior and exterior. It'd be great if you knew basic plumbing and electrical (installing a faucet, changing out a light fixture, etc.). Tile, sheetrock, finish trim work, hanging doors, etc. Ideally want a person who can take a house from studs to completion. But right now we'll be doing decks, interior framing, finish trim soon. Jobs/tasks include- *framing interior walls *custom built-ins *whole house remodel (tile, cabinets, floors, drywall, etc.) *siding exterior *decks and porches *drywall install *eventually build new complete house *If you're an individual it's great if you know other skills like drywall and remodeling, but it's not required If you are a Company, You MUST be licensed, insured. Ideally have a website, provide references and company information. Replies with no information and nothing about your experience or skills won't be replied to. Individuals and larger crews welcome to respond. This is an opportunity to contract with a small but reputable renovation company working primarily on older homes. This is a full-time, long-term (ideally) opportunity. No drama, no BS, no babysitting: just do good work and collect your check. If you are an individual, as many references and information you can provide to verify your skill and experience is needed. You must- *be dependable (when you say you've available you show up) ***Have good communication skills/habits!!! *have transportation *be able to follow directions and attention to details *be a hard worker *have your own tools (all the necessary tools to complete framing and carpentry jobs) Hourly rate is $25 to $35/hr depending on experience which is like $50-65 payroll equivalent and you can pretty much work as much as you want. Have enough work to keep 4-6 people busy the rest of the year and beyond. *Pay is weekly for hourly workers via Wells Fargo Business check. You can cash, do whatever you want with it. No 1099 Also looking for General/Unskilled Labor Workers. Things like demo, moving, hauling, digging, lawn care, etc. Looking for all of next week, as well as periodically all year. Steady work available. $15-18/hour for general/unskilled labor. Need a phone, transportation. Please provide experience and background as well.
