Need a Pool Heater and Pool Pump Installed

I have a pool that I would like to add a pool heater. I would also like to have the pool pump changed at the same time and replace the sand in my sand filter. Please let me know your experience and when you are available to do the job or give me an estimate. Please make sure you have all the tools to complete the job from start to finish. I will pay once the job is complete and running.
