House Manager All laundry, including all ironing Clean house normal mop floors two times per week. Clean the kitchen daily. Cooking to include dinner 1-2 nights, including weekly meal prep. All shopping for the house. (Cleaning products and food). Do all lawn work. Upkeep of outdoor space, including spraying for bugs one time a month. Decorate the house for holidays. Special projects as needed. Example: pressure wash sidewalks, driveway and pool deck, plant flowers seasonally In yard etc. **A specific list for all duties will be provided** Spa/Office Clean The Spa two hours per day, five days per week. (This is general cleaning, a specific list will be provided). Spray for bugs one time per month. One time per month shop for all Spa supplies. Special projects as needed. Example: pressure wash sidewalks Upkeep of outdoor space. **A specific list for all duties will be provided**
