In serious need of help, please

I've never done this so please bare with me. Due to being sexually abused by my ex then having my ribs broken I have lost everything I ever owned in my life. He went to jail and I couldn't afford the house and Bill's on my own. I had no way to move things on my own so I had to let him take everything and go live in the car I had at the time with 6 cats. I eventually had to give them better homes as well. My car quit running so I don't have it anymore. The whole experience was so traumatizing that I had to see a trauma specialist but that didn't help me replace my life and get me back on my feet. I still don't have clothes or enough money to buy clothes or anything like basic necessities. I'm having to start over from complete scratch like everything you need in a home. Dishes, household items and furniture. I don't have a car and can't see a doctor as my health is declining from lack of medical care and medications. I have never asked anyone for help but am realizing that if I don't then I will never get back on my feet. I'm permanently disabled and only get $841 a month, I'll never get anywhere on that. I would give anything to have clothes that are presentable to go out in again amongst other things that may seem simple to most. I appreciate all the simple things being in this position and with that being said anything helps and would greatly appreciated. Your help would mean more than you could imagine.
