Well I guess a 15 billion dollar surplus isn't good enough for Washington Democrats. After they didn't get their 6 cents a gallon gas tax selling fuel to other states they STEAL 100 million from the Utility district project fund. I guess they just can't be satisfied with any amount of money. Now projects that money was for this year are going to be cancelled. And everyone wonders why our Infrastructure is failing. They will probably use the money for a study on How long it takes a turtle to cross the road and why they do it. GO DEMOCRATS GO!!!! I mean it please just leave California is calling you HOME.
