Doña Anna Sheriff's violation of Civil Rights

Be careful when driving through Anthony, New Mexico. On February 25th between 2:45 AM and approximately 3:00 AM, I witnessed multiple violations of someones Civil Rights by a Doña Anna Sheriff's Deputy. I was walking past towards the convenience store on the corner of Anthony dr and O'Hare road when I witnessed a Dona Sheriff's deputy first do a slow circle thru the parking lot. I thought nothing of it at that time. I continued walking eastbound and crossed O'Hare rd. I happened to notice that about 100 feet on Anthony dr, a Doña Anna Sheriff's vehicle(marked unit) sitting on in the break down lane on the west bound side of the road, All Lights, running and headlights, off. As before I thought nothing of it, until I looked back and saw a car that originally was in the store parking lot. The vehicle made a left hand turn, west on Anthony dr. The Sheriff's deputy put his unit into gear and roared off after the vehicle and turning on his headlights and running lights after he was in motion. He increased speed to catch up to the civilian vehicle, and the turned on his red and blue flashers to light the civilian up and pull him over just past the Family Dollar store. Unfortunately due to the darkness of the night and the darkness of the Sheriff's Department Squad Vehicle I couldn't identify the specific deputy. The date and the time of the incident however along with records of where and when citations issued on law enforcement servers will identify the deputy at fault. 1st violation of civil rights was the violation of the Civilians 4th amendment rights, by inspection of the vehicle without warrants or probable cause. 2nd violation of the Civilians civil rights was Entrapment. Law Enforcement officers at night, when pulled off to the side of the road to wait or give any traffic citations must, at the very least have their running lights AKA marker lights on, if they don't and issue traffic citations to drivers it is considered Entrapment. To the person who was pulled over and ticketed on the date and approximate time above feel free to contact me through here and I will be a witness should you choose to fight the citation or citations you were given.
