Smoke alarm installation event in Barefoot Bay/Snug Harbor Home fires kill 7 people in this country every day. BUT, having at least one working smoke alarm in the home reduces those chances by more than half. In the event of a fire in a manufactured home, you may have as little as 2 minutes to escape...every second counts. Together, the American Red Cross and the Barefoot Bay CVO are installing FREE 10-year smoke alarms and distributing fire safety information to residents in Barefoot Bay and Snug Harbor.
