We had SO MUCH fun with Chesed Farms at the first wine and mushroom night, that we were delighted when they wanted to do it again.
Join us March 24th for a night of learning about mushrooms, how to cook them, how to eat them (we're sure you've gathered that) and how to pair them with wine. You'll get to try several Chef-prepared dishes utilizing Chesed mushrooms - and again - wine!
Chesed Farms is a strategically located network of local food production resources, and first choice in the community for premium, fresh mushrooms, microgreens and herbs.Their mission is to contribute to a well-rounded plate for a healthy and sustainable diet, while building loving and kind relationships in our community.
Tickets are $45 a piece for Wine Club, and $50 for non-Wine Club; and come with lecture, 3 different mushroom dishes prepared by local chefs, and BG wines to pair with each dish!
Additional charcuterie, wine, and mushrooms will be available to purchase the night of the event.
