Jeff and Pam Nilsen sponsoring star performer Ana Popovic for a one night concert at Kitsap Golf and Country Club. Ana Popovic was born in the old town of Belgrade, formerly Yugoslavia, at 15 she picked up her fathers guitar and learned to play. 2001 Ana records her first album 'Hush!' Ana is part of the European 'Jimi Hendrix Tribute tour' with Walter Trout. Ana also takes her European band on tour to the US for the first time. She receives three nominations for the 2002 blues Awards in France: 'Best Singer', 'Best Guitarist' and Best Album'. Since then she has released 9 albums, won numerous awards including 7 nominations for ‘Blues Rock Artist of the year’. She has traveled the world for the last 20 years and Kitsap Golf and Country Club is honored to host Ana at an event sponsored by her friends Pam and Jeff Nilsen.
