A Pre-Purim Event with artist Yitzchok Moully. Easy, creative, and fun, the Silkscreen Workshop is an accessible way to create Jewish art.
Participants paint a background on a canvas and use a silkscreen to print a Jewish symbol on top. Silkscreen was Yitzchok Moully’s first foray into art, and he has taught this workshop for diverse groups—from office executives to school children to mixed groups of children and seniors. Participants create their own piece of Jewish art to take home.
There will be a short artist talk, as well as, refreshments, an assortment of kosher wine, Hammnataschen, and "Gragers". You will be able to discuss the various works of the artist and browse his catalogue. This event is for all ages that can participate in the silkscreen process.
