Learn how to make two homemade pastas and enjoy a full course meal!!
In this class you will learn how to make two different types of pasta, a three cheese tortellini and cheddar potato pierogi! You will do everything from making the dough, to forming the pastas. You will also be learning knife skills and grilling techniques as you help prep the sauces, vegetables and protein for the dishes. Chef Andy will then demonstrate how to make Chicken Francaise and prepare the appetizer and entree for the class to enjoy! BYOB for you to enjoy throughout the class! Water and stemware provided.
