Millcreek Cacao Roasters began with the simple belief that working directly with international farmers could result in better chocolate. This idea started them on the path they call “Farm to Bar” – they go directly to the growers in Ecuador and Nicaragua to establish a direct trade partnership. As a result, they deliver chocolate that has a real sense of purpose.
This event includes a tour of the facility from owner, Mark DelVecchio, and a sample of their chocolate.
