Author Mary Wu will read from her book, Confessions of a Kidney Transplant Recipient, and reflect on her experiences as an Asian American. We are delighted to launch our author events with Mary Wu, who will read from her book, Confessions of a Kidney Transplant Recipient, and reflect upon her two transplant experiences from the perspective of an Asian-American woman. Mary will have organ, eye, and tissue donation materials on hand, as well as copies of her book for sale. Mary H. Wu is an ABC (American-Born Chinese) patient advocate, poet, and published writer.
