IN HONOR OF ALL STRONG AMAZING WOMEN , we are celebrating them by hosting a free SOUND BATH YOGA EVENT. IN HONOR OF ALL STRONG AMAZING WOMEN, we are celebrating them by hosting a free SOUND BATH YOGA EVENT. SUGGESTED DONATION OF $15 MARCH IS WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH!!! COME CELEBRATE mothers, sisters, aunties, grandmothers, and all the amazing women that have made a difference in the world. The event will include a variety of different instruments to help open and release each chakra. We will be focusing on the heart ( for love) and hips (since that's where emotion is held). The sound bath will be held on Sunday, March 20th, still in the magical energy of the full moon.
