F.I.T.T.E.D.!! - Functional Fitness for Independence Tailored To Individuals with Disabilities Let’s Get F.I.T.T.I.D! Functional Fitness for Independence Tailored To Individuals with Disabilities!Come on down and get fit with Coach Dan! Not only is he a Certified Personal Trainer, but he's also a Certified Nutritional Coach! Every month, on the first Saturday, from 2-3 pm, we will get together for fitness exercises, discussions about healthy lifestyle choices and nutrition talk. Some of the benefits of F.I.T.T.I.D. Ability to do more things independentlyWeight lossImproved sensory and motor skillsIncrease in muscle and strengthImproved behavior & moodIncreased self worth, self esteem and self imageImproved flexibility, balance, coordination Structure of the class: 5-10 min warmup; 20-30 min exercise including various body weight exercises and movements to increase heart rates for stronger cardiovascular systems as well as building functional muscles needed to perform day to day tasks. Agility, HIIT, Plyometrics, Balance and Strength will all be a part of the program; 5-10 min core and cool down, stretching and nutritional talks to incorporate healthy choices into our daily routines!**Free introductory class on March 5, 2022! Starting April 2, 2022 there will be a $5 participation fee per session**
