Family with an estate style (large) home in a gated community in Oak Brook is looking for a skilled landscaper and outdoor grounds keeper to provide ongoing support on the estate. Work will include landscaping and maintaining the grounds, pressure washing including the pool deck / tennis / basketball court, keeping the exterior of the house in beautiful / clean condition, setting up and cleaning outdoor furniture, detailing automobiles, setting up for parties and events, and a variety of other responsibilities.
Work will vary but will be expected to average 10-20 hours per week during the months between April 1st to October 1st.
Ideal candidate must have experience in landscaping, be very reliable, and be willing to work hard to keep the exterior of the house in outstanding condition and very clean. A plus if they have a truck for picking up materials and if they are good at small fixes on outdoor items. It would be ideal if the candidate had someone to bring in from time to time when a second person would be helpful (an assistant). Speaking and understanding English is important.
This is an incredible opportunity for a high quality worker. Pay is $18-$23 per hour depending on experience.
