This dynamic conference will provide faith-based tools and strategies to build and strengthen men, their families, and their communities. We know men across the state of Indiana and around the nation are seeking to reclaim their families, their communities, and in many instances, their own lives. Our man caves have been convenient and comfortable places to retreat, yet we have an inescapable yearning inside of us to build a future of spiritual, social, financial, emotional, physical, political, environmental and generational safety for those God has called us to protect, provide, support and lead. "Men Transforming Destinies" will unite you with a band of brothers, a league of victors who share this commitment to reformation, reclamation and transformation. We will examine, discuss, strategize, and organize together around topics in the areas of addiction, family life, social justice, and mental health. We will leave impacted by the power of vision, mission, and purpose that make change more than a moment; it makes change a movement. Keynote Speakers' Brief Bio Dr. Myron Edmonds is a second generation pastor, community activist and leadership consultant. He is a highly sought after speaker who travels the world helping to revitalize churches, develop leaders and strengthen families. Among his literary contributions are the nationally acclaimed book, 40 Days to Life Changing Family Worship and his latest book The Frustrated Leader. Dr. William Lee serves as the host of a television show on 3ABN’s Dare to Dream Network called, “For Guys Only” which can be seen weekly throughout the world; and he is the author of Ready, Set, Go!: Igniting African-American Men for Christ. A community leader with a focus on urban ministries, Dr. Lee is widely known as a motivational speaker and served as the Men's Ministry Director for the Lake Region Conference of Seventh-Day Adventist before recently being called to pastor at the main campus of First Church in Huntsville, Alabama.
