Description

Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of six Gongs, nine crystal singling bowls, 10 Tibetan bowls, and various healing instruments. Saturday, March 19, 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. Join Jenny Bergold and Monika Diebes on Saturday, March 19th, as we celebrate the Spring Equinox though meditations, chanting, mantras, breathwork, and gentle movements, and free yourself from anything in the past that is holding you back. During this time, we renew our thoughts, our dreams, and our aspirations. This is an excellent time of year to begin everything anew by planting seeds of intention and breathing new life into a project. Sound therapy soothes the nervous system and helps relieve pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. It brings the mind into deeper states and facilitates the body’s natural ability to revitalize and heal. Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of six Gongs, nine crystal singling bowls, 10 Tibetan bowls, and various healing instruments that raise the vibration and heighten your sound journey experience. This class is suitable for all levels. Location: 1926 N. Main Street, Wheaton, IL Jenny Bergold (Jagatjeet Kaur) started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009.
