Description
Instead of using words like "working", "top quality", "professional", etc to articulate your band's level of musicianship, why not just show exactly how good your band really is by sharing videos of your live performances? Because let's face it, even though there are some good local bands, plenty of the bands searching for new members and claiming to be working, top quality or professional, actuallty aren't any of those things in reality.
So, it would help if you'd share either your band's website or Facebook page, especially if it contains video of your band performing live at gigs. An actual working/top quality/professional band will have plenty of live performance video available to share. Not a studio recording that's been edited. Not the best take from out of a bunch of takes at a practice rehearsal. But an actual live performance in front of an audience, because that's by far the most accurate way to demonstrate the actual skill level and talent of your band and its members. At the very least, share your band's name so people can search Google and YouTube for some live footage of your band playing.
Showing how your band sounds live will really help prospective musicians to best decide if they're potentially a good fit for your band, and just as important, it will help them to best decide if your band is potentially a good fit for them, too. It'll either start getting you more responses from better musicians, or you'll at least be narrowing your search to a more compatibly skilled pool of prospects, and in doing that you'll be wasting fewer people's time. Including your own.
