The team at DISH and the Californian Winery Ancient Peaks are pairing up for this month's wine dinner. This month's wine dinner will feature some amazing Californian wine paired with some very creative asian fusion dish's that will make for a dinner that will surly stand out! Please help us make these wine dinners a success. Please be sure when signing up for the wine dinners that you truly have intent on coming. Please cancel AT LEAST 72 hours before the event if you have a conflict with attending. **If you are sick, we appreciate you calling us and canceling no matter how close to the event we are. Doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $130 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you have certain people you would like to sit with during the event (single reservations will be grouped together unless otherwise noted) please email [email protected]. Due to the complexity of these dinners, substitutions can not be accommodated. Check out the menu below and we hope to see you on the 23rd! 2021 One Stone Rose Big Eye Tuna with kewpie-sriracha “tnt sauce”, crunchies, ikura, pickled daikon, carrot, and wasabi soy reduction. 2020 Ancient Peaks Chardonnay Red curry-coconut soup with braised bok choy, shiitake and portobella wontons, scallion oil, and crispy chickpeas. 2018 Oyster Ridge Honey gochujang smoked pork belly with pajeori, blue cheese and sesame remoulade, and soy pickled avocado. 2018 Pearl Cabernet Sauvignon Katsu breaded ginger soy braised chuck roast, crispy fried with tangerine-chili gastrique, szechuan pepper-soy brown butter, and charred broccoli. 2018 Ancient Peaks Renegade Red Dark chocolate champorado with sweetened condensed coconut milk, salted almond butter, and crispy shaved wonton strips.
