Senior husky needs space

Description

Sipsy is a senior husky (around 7-10) that I inherited from someone who passed away. Sipsy is used to being an outside dog on 3 acres of land, and being able to roam. Unfortunately she landed with me in the middle of the city, and turned into an inside dog with less than 1/4 acre of yard. She is a great dog, except for that she is your typical husky. Stubborn, smart, and even though she is old- athletic. She has climbed our fence, and even squeezed under the gate to get out. We live in a packed neighborhood with a busy street, and unfortunately loose dogs get hit all the time. I'm worried for her safety, but I know she would be happier with more space. She is heartworm negative, and crate trained. She sleeps in her crate, and usually prefers to eat in there too. She is great with other dogs her size, but is sometimes a bit too much for smaller dogs. She loves to chase squirrels and be independent. She isn't really a cuddler, but will come to you for attention when she wants it. She WANTS to be outside all the time- except for when it's time to eat. All of my other dogs are inside dogs that enjoy being outside for short amounts of time, so it's hard for her to fit in. Currently she has to be supervised everytime she is outside or she will jump the fence. She does stay around the house (and once even came back to the front door to be let in when a guest accidentally let her in the back yard) she has never 'run away' She will come with her large crate, her HW prevention, and a bag of her dog food, along with the vet records I have. Small negotiable rehoming fee
