LONG RIDERS are riding in the Alzheimer's Association's Longest Day, June 18, 2022 at Anderson Point Park in Raleigh, NC. Register for the ride at: http://act.alz.org/goto/LongRiders. All riders may start riding and accumulating ride mileage starting Saturday, June 4th and ending on Saturday, June 18th. An Official Mileage Tracking Form will be emailed to riders by June 4th to track accumulated mileage. This Official Mileage Tracking Form must be email to the ride captains or delivered in person on June 18th at Anderson Point Park between 9:00AM and 1:00PM. Ride Captains are Charles (Chuck) Cosgrove at [email protected] and Rev. Henry Edmonds at [email protected]. All riders who use the Official Mileage Tracking Form will be considered for first, second, and third place LONG RIDERS awards based on accumulated miles. Riders, who ride at Anderson Point Park on Saturday June 18th, will have limited support, so bring your own hydration and nutrition. This is a ride to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Longest Day. We ride to honor those who face Alzheimer’s with strength, heart, and endurance every day of their lives. Our ride also supports research, services, and programs for Alzheimer's. You can also volunteer to enroll in the NC Registry For Brain Health at “ncbrainhealth.org/” to participate In Alzheimer's prevention studies.
