Rehoming cute female dog

I’m rehoming a great dog. We found they on the side of the road about a year ago in a box left where she was left to die and decided to take her home. She’s been a great dog and we’ve given her shots but and love her but we have to move and cannot bring her with us. She’s always been an outside dog as we didn’t have the time to train her but she very smart so I’m sure raining her wouldn’t be hard.
