Have fun, burn fat, and build lean muscle on your lunch break with Ari G! This 45-minute free outdoor workout on the Ivy Station plaza will consist of a warm-up, 5 workout stations, and a cooldown. The workout stations will vary between cardio, core, and strength-building exercises that will leave you stronger and burning more calories throughout your day.
