Cafe Whitney is bringing you an unforgettable evening of Italian cuisine and wine tasting! Join us for an unforgettable evening of Italian-inspired dishes accompanied by noteworthy wines from some of Italy's most coveted regions. The event takes place on March 31st at 5:30pm at Cafe Whitney, inside The Whitney Peak Hotel. The evening will include a 5 course prix-fixe Italian menu carefully curated by our Head Chef, Christian Flores and Steve DiPietro. Each course will be properly paired with wine from a highlighted Italian region, led by our in-house sommelier. The courses will begin in the southern Italian region of Sicily and make their way up north (maps provided night-of to track your courses for the evening).
