Mission Move presents Strength Training 101! Learn how to do back squats, deadlifts, and all the basic foundational movements!
Is this for me?
-Do you want to do Crossfit but are intimidated by the exercises?
- Are you intimidated by big box gyms?
-Would you love to do back squats and deadlifts but are afraid of hurting yourself?
- Do you have previous injury that you feel keeps you from doing these important strength training exercises?
-I love doing these exercises, but I am not sure if my form is good or if I could be doing them better.
This 3 day course will include:
Introduction to foundational strength training movements including the squat, deadlift, overhead press, row, etc
Safety and precautions everyone should know when lifting weights.
Progressions and regressions for each exercise.
An overview of common strength and mobility deficits that can affect your strength training.
In depth form analysis from a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is an expert at performing these lifts.
Cost $75 total, for all 3 days. Each day includes a review and a new exercise.
Thursdays: Feb 24th, March 3rd, and March 10th. 5:30-6:30.
