Come enjoy breakfast and coffee while learning about the home buying process from start to finish! Our goal is to alleviate any stressors to those who are considering a home purchase in the future. Whether you are a few months or several years out from purchasing a home, this workshop serves to educate you on the key steps in the process. We will be reviewing the basics of the mortgage loan process. This includes what you need for a pre-approval, as well as how to determine your purchase price range based on what you have prepared for a down payment and monthly payment. We will walk through the key milestones from putting in an offer, inspections, appraisal, to taking title and handing over the keys! We promise to have some fun along the way too! There will be breakfast, coffee, and some raffle prizes!
