Press release from Portland Public Schools: November 17, 2020 Dear PPS Families, As we shared last week, we will host a virtual Enrollment and Program Balancing (EPB) District-wide Open House and Focus Group Meetings this week. These meetings will specifically focus on schools in Southeast Portland in anticipation of the reopening of Kellogg Middle School, and are designed to share information and gather your input.
