I am in bad need for someone who can troubleshoot electric fence issues. The woman I am helping has about 40 acres with some cows. It is about 90% electric fence all the way around. She lost her husband and I am trying to help her, but I can't get the thing to work. Her cows get out now at will. We finally put them in a corral. We can pay someone. I've done everything I can think of, but need someone to look at this problem that knows what there doing. Please help us. Thank you.
