This 4-part series will explore yogic technologies for regulating the nervous system and cultivating peace within the mind and body.
Kundalini Yoga utilizes breath, mantra, meditation, and kriya (action) to stimulate the body and allow one to expreience one's inherent power, magnificence, and creative energy. Working on subtle and gross layers, a foundational practice can support deep levels of healing and personal expansion.
In each workshop, we will discuss and practice Kundalini Yoga sets and meditations associated with the theme of the day:
March 16 - Breath & Prana
March 23 - Sound & Mantra
March 30 - Posture & Mudra
April 6 - Personal Ritual
No prior yoga experience necessary. If possible, please bring a mat and/or cushion to sit on, as there will be limited supplies at the studio space. Feel free to bring a journal for personal reflections during the workshop.
Please park behind the building in the parking lot off Saddlerock Circle.
