We're looking for an Executive Assistant who will be working alongside the owners of the business helping them stay organized and on top of all of their responsibilities. You'll be in charge of answering emails, scheduling meetings, scheduling travel and much more. This candidate must be able to be organized and an effective multitasker. You'll have full autonomy over your work and the ability to bring your creative ideas to the table. You’re a self-proclaimed constant learner, and are always hungry to learn and expand - in fact, you’re almost always listening to some new podcast or reading just to keep up with social media, marketing, or whatever other skills you’re interested in. This is a part-time contractor position (once fully trained, will be ~15-20 hours/week to start, depending on client work) but has room for growth - ideally if you're a perfect fit for our team and adept at lead gen, this will expand into a full-time social media manager + executive assistant role. This position is remote, however, I'm ideally looking for someone located in San Francisco, it would be great to have someone local to occasionally assist CEO with errands like mailing client gifts, attending in-person meetings, etc.
