Do You Have... A minimum of 3 years painting experience? Knowledge of products and a clear understanding of jobsite safety? The ability to pass a drug test and background check? Reliable transportation? Strong written and verbal communication skills? The ability to document daily activities? Proven ability to efficiently manage the painters and tasks associated with completing a job on-target and within hours? If so, we want to meet you! What Would Your Role Include? Supervise and participate in all activities related to successfully finishing each painting project. To be a team leader and a team player. Ensure each member of your crew has the experience/knowledge/tools necessary to complete their assigned tasks properly and efficiently. Enforce proper protocols, procedures, etc. Attend all safety and training seminars. Maintain safety and performance of every person on your crew.
