California Sport Design is a supplier of custom printed and embroidered apparel since 1985. We are looking for a hard working individual who is willing to perform a variety of responsibilities for our local small business. We will provide all the training but you must have that "Will Do, No Problem, Lets Get it Done" attitude. REQUIREMENTS: Dependable (Full Time, M-F 8-5) Attention to Detail a MUST Physically Fit and able to lift 40+ lb. boxes a MUST Good Driving Record MANDATORY Knowledge of UPS Software a plus Knowledge of basic excel functions a plus Responsibilities include two main areas that you will be involved in. RECEIVING Accurately help check in product arriving from suppliers Accurately help label incoming boxes for production team Update Schedules for production team and front office staff Attention to detail a MUST SHIPPING/DELIVERIES Make local deliveries in company van Help prepare outgoing daily shipments using UPS Help prepare larger deliveries for LTL pick ups (stack pallets) Operate Fork Lift for LTL pick ups (will train) Transfer completed product from main shop to storage bins for future shipments Label outgoing boxes using our labeling software program (will train) We are a team oriented company and while we work hard, we have fun doing it. We provide custom decorated apparel for Schools, Sport Teams, Corporations and other small businesses throughout the state. Although we consider ourselves a small business, we do a large volume of production and need a motivated person to join our team. During our busy season, we receive and ship out 20-150 boxes per day. The job requires a person who can handle the physical aspect of the job while also keeping a good attitude and is able to work well with others. If you're looking for a desk job, this is NOT for you.
