WOW is an empowerment movement which aims to impact the lives of women by encouraging and educating them to take ownership of their health. This year is especially exciting as we are celebrating the 5th year of WOW inspiring women to “Find Their FIT and Own Their Wellness” by becoming whole physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. the WOW experience is a process of change and growth where women will gain insight on how to make healthier choices to feel better and live well.  This year's theme is "Becoming to Be".  The event will feature the following guest panelists: Dr. Cindy Besson, health care provider for Women’s Health Associates, Dr. Bernita Mitchell , Certified Life Coach and CEO of Life on Point Life Coaching, Tara Stallings, LPC and CEO of Destiny Life Management Group, Alethia Hudson, CEO of Alethia Hudson Designs and SEW Much Talent, and hosted by our very own Women Owning Wellness Founder and Wellness Coach, Jackie Dennis.  Light refreshments will be served. As always, multiple vendors will be onsite providing products and free wellness information. Space is limited, register today!
