I love to bake, but don't need all the extra calories! Recently, I heard an interview with someone who referenced how tight money was when he was growing up and how he and his siblings never had birthday cakes. If you know someone in this situation who would love a cake or dessert for a special occasion but can't afford one, let me know. Full disclosure--my cakes taste great, but I'm pretty lousy at decorating!
