Las Vegas Food Fanatics and Dink Cuisine present a beer and wine tasting event at Bad Beat Brewery in Henderson's acclaimed Booze District! Let's celebrate Las Vegas Food Fanatics owner and admin, Mercy Baron, and all the other awesome May babies scheduled to appear. A beer and appetizer pairing event, each guest will enjoy: Surf & Turf Deviled Egg – Eggs filled with a creamy mixture of crème fraiche and chives, topped with grilled ribeye, poached prawn, and caviar (and beer!) Mini Wellingtons – beef tenderloin flavored with peppercorn dijonnaise and duxelles, wrapped in prosciutto, baked in puff pastry (AND beer!) Mini Cannoli Brownie – almond flavored brownies with a sweet ricotta icing, topped with mini chocolate chips, chopped pistachios, and a cherry (and BEER!)
