Kalita Capital LLC seeks a general contractor/license qualifier. Job types: Residential Partial to a full gut renovations, covering Miami and Boca Raton areas. The GC License Qualifier is responsible for obtaining, holding and maintaining the appropriate State and Municipal license(s), building permits and ensuring that Kalita Capital LLC, its subsidiaries, and its affiliate businesses ( KCL ) are qualified under and in compliance with any and all applicable State and Municipal licensing statutes and ordinances.
