Join the Women of OZ for a family friendly event to "brush up" on your trail work skills. Ever wonder who cleans up our trails? Trail fairy tales have existed for years, yet never been spotted in the open. Women of OZ, the talented crew at TrailBlazers+ ETHIC, FAST TAP, Coler Preserve and Bentonville Park and Recreation look to put those rumors to rest while giving YOU and YOUR FAMILY the skills needed to help keep our trails beautiful. This is a family friendly event that will involve hands on participation. Our trail builders will share introductory skills for maintaining trails and answer questions like: Who do I contact to report a tree down blocking a trail? Do I move rocks? Who's in charge of these trails when the fairies aren't around? Stick around for complimentary drinks and eats sponsored by Trailblazers + ETHIC. Fill up on smoked chicken from TxAR House and enjoy Bike Rack beer and n/a drinks while getting to know your local MTB organizations. *These hours count towards volunteer and community support hours. *Primitive field parking should be available near the base of G6/OZ Castle - Trail head of Medieval, Catapult, and Dragon Scales.
