Small Management Company for Rental Apartments looking for experience individual to service Apartments in East Fort Lauderdale. *The position is full time job Monday-Friday with occasional over time. This position will requires doing the maintenance necessary for upkeep rental units and units ready for rental. Candidates should work well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. Previous rental apartment maintenance experience preferred. **Compensation salary depends on experience** Clean background, a valid and clean FL Driver License and must be able to communicate in English. Some of the job responsibilities and requirements include: • Plumbing & Electrical repairs • Must be able to troubleshoot and repair central A/C's • Knowledge of painting, drywall repairs • Rough and Finish carpentry • Completion and punch list of vacant unit make ready for next tenant • General building and grounds maintenance • Have a positive attitude / good customer service • Highly motivated and team-oriented personality style • Must have some basic tools and reliable transportation, (Pick-up or Van-car expense reimburse).
