Production Line Associate Many Positions Available! Great Opportunities to do OT PrideStaff, a firm specializing in recruiting, is seeking a reliable and responsible Production Line Workers that can help perform the production goals for a top employer in Fort Myers! This position is entry level with different shifts available! 1st Shift: 5:00am - 2:30pm & 2nd Shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm. OT may be required. Pay Rate: $12.50 - $15hr /Hr, DOE Location: Fort Myers, FL Experience: 6+ months Description and Requirements: Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and be willing to work in a team orientated- fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Other requirements include: Positive attitude Ability to stand for 8 - 10 hours Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime Responsibilities and Duties: Work on a fast paced production / assembly line Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure accuracy, speed and efficiency. Ensure quality control Observe and practice safe work methods Responsible for inspecting material before and after assembly Work in a team environment Supply line production machine Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
