Come hang out with the Marrow Butchers and watch as they break down a side of beef, while tasting the cuts being fabricated in front you! This event will feature a side of beef that will get broken down from a quarter hanging on the rail, all the way down to the recognizable retail cuts you typically see in our cases. During the event some topics we will cover are farming practices, cattle breed, basic butcher jokes, location of various muscles and how that correlates to tenderness and flavor, cooking techniques, and a whole lot more! While the butchers are fabricating the various cuts, we will take them right from the block and cook them up so that you can get the full exerpience! Lastly, this will be filmed!
