Beer, wine, cider or soda Appetizers will include, but not limited to the following: -House made Tuna Poke served with Wonton Crisps -Chicken Parmesan Bits and Pieces; A twist on our staple menu item served with a cheesy marinara dipping sauce Entrees will include these lavish delectable dishes: -Duck Confit Raghu served over pasta -"Dragon" Stew; otherwise known as Hoover Stew (Mac & Cheese w/ Hot Dogs) but with our own twist of Beer Cheese and Specialty Final Absolution Bratwursts Desserts: -Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes More exciting dishes to follow as the date of the dinner comes closer.
