Join Marissa Mizeski for a reading from her new book “Amelia and the Mysterious Woodpecker," a story activity, and a birdwalk. For ages 7-12 Presented by Marissa Mizeski, auther and teacher/naturalist Join author Marissa Mizeski for a peek at her new book “Amelia and the Mysterious Woodpecker.” Create your own nature mystery story with Miss Marissa, then go for a walk outside with binoculars to look for woodpeckers. Loaner binoculars available. Books will be available for purchase and Miss Marissa will be happy to personally autograph your book. For ages 7-12 years. Children may be dropped off, parents are welcome to join but not required to stay. COST: Free for member children, $5 nonmember children. Ticket sale ends 4/2 at 4:00 PM. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. One person per ticket. Limit 8. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however registrations can be transferred to another program in the future.
