3/2/2022 --At about 3AM last Wednesday morning there was a white Ford E250 van--About 2010 year driving down Cherokee road-Then onto Robindale- Then onto Myran --Then on to Totten driving about 20 miles per hour with the back doors open on the van. The van has split doors on the passenger side--not a large sliding door, and darkened rear windows. While the van drove--a man was dumping old tires out onto the middle of the road. They dumped about 40 to 50 tires, and the tires looked like they came from a used tire shop because of the markings on them. They managed to litter up a few streets with the old tires.
